(New Project) How To Keep Healthy Hair In Your 60’s and 70’s

Since treating hair loss patients for many years and consulting them on their lifestyles,I was able to find out that they had bad life habits in common. Sleeping late or shifted night and day activity, irregular mealtime, instant foods and even skipping meals, and those who don’t know how to deal with the stress and just hold it down.Such life habits naturally affect health and I’ve seen many early hair losses.

So I tried to think opposite.

“Wouldn’t those who are old and still have thickrich hair, have some kind of method or life habit different from other people? If such method does exist, shouldn’t I visit them and observe their lifestyle in detail like analyzing the life patterns of centenariansat longevity villages.” So I began the interviewto find the secret of healthy hair.
Currently, I’ve finished interviews at Seoul, Daejeon, and Busan, and I’ll constantly interview to find the secret method of maintaining healthy hair.
For reference, the interview subject is from age 65 and over, male and female, and those who have apparent thick hair. It doesn’t matter wherever you live in the country, I will visit and interview you.
